Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@RegalAltair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
